Il Cascinetto is an accommodation facility, equipped with free protected parking, consisting of two-room apartments (for max. 4 guests) and three-room apartments (for max. 6 guests). We offer two types of formulas, the Tourist one (designed for those who need to stay overnight for one night, one week or one month; the Resident one designed for those who need to stay overnight for more than one month with a transitory contract. The complex is located a short distance from the beautiful historic center, the city’s university hubs and major hospital treatment centers, as well as shopping centers. The facility is served by a very close bus stop of two bus lines or conveniently accessible by car, as it is close to an exit of Pavia’s eastern ring road.

Furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in Pavia
The apartments of Il Cascinetto are designed to make you feel at home. They are all independent and have a fully equipped kitchenette (with refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove with electric or induction hobs, extractor hood, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and stocked with the necessary utensils for cooking. In the living area there is a sofa bed for one or two people. In the bedrooms it is possible to request use as a double or twin with single beds. The bathrooms have a sink, toilet, bidet and shower stall. The apartments are complete with linens for the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The units have central heating and individually controlled air conditioning. All apartments are, in addition, equipped with high-speed wifi provided with mosquito nets on the windows. Ground-floor accommodations have easy access for handicapped persons.
One bedroom apartment

One-bedroom apartments (about 40 sq. m.) consist of a living area where there is: a kitchenette and dining table for 4 people; living area with a sofa bed (120 cm wide) and television. A hallway leads to the bedroom for double or twin bed use with television and to the private bathroom with shower.
One Bedroom Apartment - Superior
Max. 4 guests • 1 Bathroom
The one-bedroom apartments-Superior (about 45 sq. m.) differ from the previous ones in particular in their slightly larger size and choices in furnishings. They consist of a living area in which there is: kitchenette and dining table for 4 people; living area with sofa bed (160 cm width) and television. A hallway leads to the bedroom for double or twin bed use with television and to the private bathroom with shower.
Two Bedroom Apartment
Max. 6 guests • 1 Bathroom
We have only one apartment of this type in our facility and it is the largest one (about 80 square meters). It is located on the second floor of the facility (reachable only by a simple flight of stairs) and offers a large living room in which there is: an open kitchen (with an oven, microwave oven and dishwasher) and a dining table for 6 people; a living area with two sofa beds (120 cm wide) and a television as well as a small office corner. There are, then, two rooms that can be equipped for double or twin-bed use with television, a very spacious bathroom (with shower and bathtub).
Two Bedroom Apartment - Duplex

Also of this type we have only one apartment in the facility and it differs from the previous one in being organized on two levels. It is located on the second floor of the facility (accessible only by a simple flight of stairs) and offers a living room in which there is: an open kitchen (with oven, microwave) and dining table for 6 people, sofa bed (width 160 cm) and television. There is a hallway leading to the first bedroom with a double bed or can be equipped with single beds and to the bathroom with shower. From the living area, via a spiral staircase, there is access to the large attic bedroom consisting of a double bed, a single bed, desk, two open closets, and a 50″ TV set.
